By submitting your information on this Site, you are expressing interest in a career opportunity with ASHA. You understand that submitting a form does not constitute an offer of employment, a contract, or a guarantee of any outcome. ASHA reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant at its sole discretion.

📱 A2P SMS Compliance Disclosure

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any form on this Site, you expressly consent to receive automated and manually dialed SMS/text messages from American Senior Health Advisors, LLC at the phone number you provided. These messages may include appointment reminders, application status updates, recruiting information, and follow-up communications related to your inquiry.

Opt-In: SMS consent is obtained exclusively through an explicit opt-in checkbox on our forms. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of any service, transaction, or opportunity with ASHA.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and stage in our recruiting process. You may receive up to 5–10 messages per month. We do not send unsolicited bulk promotional SMS blasts.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan. For questions about your rates, contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out (STOP): You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation reply and no further SMS messages will be sent to that number. To re-enroll, you must submit a new opt-in through our Site.

How to Get Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly:

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint/T-Mobile, and most regional and MVNO carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from ASHA.

No Third-Party Sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent will not be sold or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

TCPA Compliance: ASHA complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

4. Email Communications

By providing your email address and submitting a form on this Site, you agree that ASHA may send you transactional and recruiting-related emails. These may include follow-up messages about your inquiry, application status updates, appointment confirmations, educational materials about the Medicare insurance industry, and information about career opportunities with ASHA.

You may unsubscribe from promotional or recruiting emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email, or by contacting us directly. Even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you may still receive transactional or operationally necessary messages, such as appointment confirmations or responses to your direct inquiries.
