Support That Shows Up When You Need It

Not a group chat. Not a recorded training library from two years ago. Here's what you actually get.

💰

Commission Packages That Fit You

From full street-level commissions to split arrangements that include leads and support — we offer options and work with you to find the right structure. We make money on carrier overrides, so our incentive is always your production going up.

📱

GHL Marketing System

Full CRM access with pre-built campaigns, landing pages, and automated follow-up. Already built — you just plug in your leads and run it.

📞

A Real Person to Call

My direct number is (267) 245-7992. Our agents use it. I respond to texts. When something goes sideways with a carrier or a client, you have someone to call.

📋

Carrier Contracting Help

We walk you through AHIP, contracting with every carrier, and carrier-specific certifications. No figuring it out alone.

🎓

Foundations Training

Medicare basics, product knowledge, IntegrityConnect quoting, and client conversation practice — not just a module to click through.

📈

Residual Income Model

Clients you enroll this year renew next year. Your income grows every year you're in it, even when you're not actively selling.

Your Path from Start to Writing Business

Most people are enrolled in their first client within 6 to 10 weeks of starting the process.

1

Get Licensed

Already licensed? Skip ahead. Not licensed yet? Your state's DOI website has the requirements — most states take 4 to 8 weeks. We'll point you in the right direction.

2

AHIP + Contracting

Complete AHIP Medicare certification (a few hours online), send us your license and E&O docs, and we'll send carrier contracting invitations. Usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.

3

ASHA Training

We run a 90-minute training call covering Medicare basics, your carrier lineup, the IntegrityConnect quoting tool, and how to run a real client conversation.

4

Start Enrolling

Contracts approved, training done — now you're writing business. Use our GHL marketing system, your own leads, or a combination. We're here when you have questions.

What Agents Actually Earn

These are honest ranges based on what our agents have done — not best-case projections. Results depend on effort, consistency, and how quickly you build your book.

$400–700
Per MA Enrollment
first-year commission per policy
$20K–45K
Year 1 Part-Time
30–50 enrollments, building a base
$50K–90K
Year 1 Full-Time
80–120 enrollments, renewals starting
$80K–150K+
Year 3–5
renewals stacking, established book

Agents who don't follow a consistent process will earn less than these ranges. This is real work — the income ceiling is real, but so is the floor if you treat it like a hobby.

What It's Like to Work with ASHA

Real agents, real experiences.

I came from 10 years in final expense and was skeptical about switching. The commission structure is exactly what they said — no games, no splits. I wrote more in my first six months at ASHA than I did in a full year at my last brokerage.

Licensed Agent — New Jersey

I was a nurse for 15 years. A friend told me to look into Medicare sales. I was nervous about the business side but Max walked me through everything — licensing, AHIP, contracting. I enrolled over 80 clients in my first year.

Former Nurse — Pennsylvania

What I didn't expect was how much I'd actually care about the work. These are real people who are confused about their health coverage. When you help them, they remember you. My referral rate is the best part of this business.

Straight Answers to the Real Questions

How does the commission structure work? Do you take a split?
We offer multiple commission packages depending on what works for you. Some agents want full street-level commissions and full independence — we offer that. Others prefer a split arrangement that includes leads, more hands-on support, or marketing assistance built in. We cover all of it and find the right fit on the intro call. Either way, ASHA makes money on carrier overrides — so our incentive is always your production going up, not the structure of your package.
I'm already contracted with some of these carriers. What happens to my existing contracts?
In most cases, we can move your existing contracts to ASHA without disrupting your current book of business or requiring your clients to re-enroll. It depends on your current upline situation and the specific carrier. We walk through this on the intro call — it's often simpler than people expect.
How do you handle chargebacks?
They happen — a client moves to a facility, passes away, or switches plans. That's not a reflection on you. We track chargeback rates to help you understand your retention, but we don't put agents on watch lists or treat chargebacks like a discipline issue. We work through them with you.
What does the marketing system actually include?
You get access to our GoHighLevel (GHL) account — a full CRM with pre-built landing pages, automated email and SMS follow-up campaigns, lead intake forms, and a pipeline to track where every lead is. It's already built. We show you how to use it on the training call, and you plug in your leads and run it.
If I leave ASHA, do I keep my book of business?
Your clients are your clients. Renewals on policies you wrote follow carrier rules, which vary — some carriers pay renewals to the agent, some to the upline. This is something worth discussing on the intro call so you have a clear picture before making a decision.
Do I need any prior experience to apply?
No. Several of our best agents came from nursing, teaching, restaurant management, and real estate. What matters is whether you're good with people and willing to put in consistent work. The insurance knowledge is teachable — the people skills are what we can't train.
How long does it take to get licensed?
It depends on your state. Most states take 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish — that includes pre-licensing coursework (if required), passing the exam, and the application processing time. Some states have no pre-licensing hours required and process licenses in a week or two. Download our Agent Kit for the state-by-state breakdown.
What is AHIP and do I have to do it?
AHIP (America's Health Insurance Plans) Medicare certification is required by every Medicare carrier before they'll contract you. It's an online course and exam that takes most people 3 to 6 hours. It's not optional — but it's not nearly as hard as people expect. You have to complete it once per year.
What can I realistically expect to earn in year one?
A part-time agent who enrolls 30 to 50 clients in their first full year can expect $15,000 to $35,000 in first-year commissions. A full-time agent focused on building a book might enroll 80 to 120 clients, putting them at $40,000 to $80,000. These are real ranges — agents who don't work consistently will earn less. The income grows in year two and three as renewals stack up.
Are there any costs to join or get started?
No fees to join ASHA. Pre-licensing coursework (if required by your state) costs between $50 and $200 depending on the provider. Your licensing exam fee is set by your state — usually $50 to $100. AHIP is around $175 per year. E&O insurance is required and runs $300 to $600 per year. Those are costs you'd have at any brokerage — ASHA doesn't add anything on top of them.
What states does ASHA operate in?
We're primarily active in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Wisconsin. We're expanding and may have carrier availability in other states depending on your situation — worth asking about on the intro call if you're outside those states.
What is the intro call and what happens on it?
It's a 20 to 30 minute call with Max. We talk through your current situation, what you're looking for, and whether ASHA makes sense for you. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you that honestly. If we are, we'll walk through next steps. No pitch, no pressure.
